Lin Guo was a Post-Doctoral Fellow and Research Associate in the lab from August 2012 to February 2019. She received her bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Peking University in 2005 and her Ph.D. in Chemistry in 2011 from The University of Pennsylvania where she developed spectroscopic methods to study protein folding and peptide-membrane interaction. In 2014, Lin won a post-doctoral fellowship from the Ellison Medical Foundation and American Federation for Aging Research. In 2016. Lin won an Alzheimer's Association Research Fellowship. In 2017, Lin won a Target ALS Springboard Fellowship. In 2018, Lin was selected as a Stat Wunderkind. In 2019, Lin established her own research program as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology at Jefferson University.
